2. Digital Products

We offer informational guides, online modules, and other digital materials ('Digital Products') focused on Senior Insurance Selection. Access is granted upon full payment of the associated fee.

3. Physical Goods

From time to time, we may offer printed guides or branded materials ('Goods'). These items are shipped to your specified address once the order is confirmed and payment processed.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines:

• Services: You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund of the fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.
• Digital Products: Full refunds are available within seven calendar days of delivery, provided you have not started or downloaded the material. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form with your order details.
• Goods: Damaged or defective items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Upon inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back and issue a replacement or refund of the amount paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions: Certain premium services, such as expedited review sessions or specialized case studies, are non-refundable due to resource allocation and preparation time. We will clearly indicate when a service is non-refundable during the booking process.

5. Changing Your Service Date

If you need to adjust your service date, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date without extra charge.
